I was very pleased with my service at Planet Honda Golden. I brought my car in for an oil change and oil filter change. They also thought I needed the tires rotated. Number one the person that we were dealing with and made appointments with throughout the process didn’t show for the appointment the day we went to pick up the car he was also supposed to have a pilot ther appointments with throughout the process didn’t show for the appointment the day we went to pick up the car he was also supposed to have a pilot there to compare the differences to see which one we would prefer did not happen another sales person took over for him and was very much unprepared no one took the time to get in the car go through all the features we got a quick one minute rundown of how to pair a phone and basically that was it personally I would move on to a different dealership hopefully they could do a better job More
