I just took in my car for the first time here for an oil change and we decided I needed four new tires. I arrived at 10 AM. The salesman said they had two tires and would have to order the other two, but I change and we decided I needed four new tires. I arrived at 10 AM. At 1:30, I hadn’t heard from the salesman, Brian, so I found him an asked for an update-he said I told you early afternoon-I said, can you find out if the tires are here -an half hour later he came over and said the tires were there-15 minutes later he said the tires weren’t there but he said they would arrive any minute-I asked if I should reschedule then, because I was getting tired of sitting and he’s like no they were arriving any minute. So at 3:30 I hadn’t heard anything so I went looking for Brian and found out he had left -the kind sales woman checked on everything and said the tires still weren’t there -as I was paying for the oil change, she gets word the tires have arrived. I saw a sticky note on my paperwork, saying the tires would arrive between three and four, so why did Brian lie to me? I would’ve rescheduled tired another day if I had known it would take that long. I don’t like being lied to and I see I also was charged for tire disposal along with my oil change, which isn’t right, I ended up not getting the tires done because I needed to get home to my dog. I will be going elsewhere from now on. More
