Love Honda Hate Planet Honda Buyers Beware! We bought our brand new off the floor Honda CRV love at first sight. The sale was great they promised to fix a few little thing and they did. But litt We bought our brand new off the floor Honda CRV love at first sight. The sale was great they promised to fix a few little thing and they did. But little did we know there was a major issue with our car running at normal tempeture. Brought it in several times for them to fix but just get shrugged off and told they can't fix it. By the way you will be paying for one of there loaner cars while they do nothing to your new car. Its now a little over a year later warranty is up and they never fixed the problem. Planet Honda of Golden will happily sell you a brand new defective car and refuse to fix any major problems. Buyers beware. More

Did not buy my car here because sales manager treated my wife and I poorly. The service on the other hand was 5 star. I dealt with Nate and he was a professional and treated me with respect. I had warranty items and they were taken care of in a swift time frame and he even washed my Pilot. Came back a couple of days later for an arm rest and I was in and out quickly.
