They make it easy Went in on Tuesday afternoon to see about replacing a wheel bolt which I over tightened and twisted off! Had an appt the next morning and they had it fixed and ready to go in 45 min. Super nice folks..... and as a side note it worth visiting if only to see how fast their garage doors go up. When she took us for a test drive she was very good at explaining the vehicle and we got a very good overall test drive as she shared her knowledge of the car. I really wanted to buy the CRV right away but needed to drive and compare it to other vehicles. While we spent some time away from the dealership, Barbara continued to keep in touch with us and helped us compare the ratings of the CRV with other cars we were testing out. The openn lines of communication helped us to easily e-mail Barbara and have our questions asked. In the end we couldn't wait to purchase the CRV and felt it was the best choice for us. Thank you Barbara for all you did for us! We couldn't be happier. More

Lied About a Clutch Replacement. ZERO STARS!!! Planet Honda quoted me $2,420 for a new clutch which is ridiculously high to begin with I thought. After calling around and getting t ZERO STARS!!! Planet Honda quoted me $2,420 for a new clutch which is ridiculously high to begin with I thought. After calling around and getting three different quotes at $1,300, $1,400 and $1,500 I decided it was time to go elsewhere due to them averaging $1,000 more than everyone else in town. After getting my car over to Randy at A-Afordable Transmissions, who I highly recommend, he was able to get it in and look at it right away. He told me it looked as if someone had suspiciously drained my clutch fluid and the reservoir completely. Both signs of a leak and not something that just drains this much over time he said. After filling my fluid he told me my car worked fine and I absolutely did not need a new clutch. He charged me zero dollars so instead I bought him a case of beer. The people at Planet will rip you off and just want your money. Go elsewhere, shop around. Zero Stars to Planet Honda! More
