Although some of my friends suggest I should go to an independent mechanic, I know from experience that they do not assess my Honda Pilot holistically. They address only the items that I mention need fixed. They are not trained to address underlying and/or connecting issues. I have repeatedly been delighted with the honesty and quality of work at Planet Honda for my Pilot. I was a little behind in major service and we came up with a mission critical plan. The vehicle that I came to see had been sold and I was shown on the computer others available. I had been interested in a 2014 CR-V AWD with 44k miles. They had a 2016 dealer demo with 4K miles, price $2,500 higher but $5,850 less than an identical brand new 2016. This was not a sales pitch, I saw the identical vehicle in the showroom with the price sheet in the window. Although this might technically be an "up-sell" I never felt any pressure--the car and the deal sold itself. Your sales consultant, Monica LeClair, was knowledgeable, never applied the slightest pressure, and was a pleasure to work with. I hope your business plan brings you success: offer a great product at a fixed, fair price, hire representatives who are knowledgeable, good communicators, and not under undue pressure to sell to everyone who steps on the showroom floor. I will unhesitatingly recommend your dealership to everyone I know who may be looking to purchase a car. More
