We decided to go to Planet Honda 22 and right away we were greeted by Kero when we pulled up into the parking lot. We were then greeted by Erica, we were kind of stressed because of our previous bad experience at Nissan 22, Erica sensed that we were kind of worried and she told us to be positive and enjoy looking at the cars. Kero took over from there and is was smooth sailing, he made us feel comfortable with him. He did not pressure us or try to do double talk like a lot of other sales people. He listened to what we wanted and showed us great cars, and he was very knowledgeable of the cars. We left with a great car! An overall positive experience, this was the best car buying experience that we ever had. I will tell my family and friends about Planet Honda 22 , and Kero is an awesome sales person. Bob took the time to find out what I was seeking, what would be appropriate in my price range and more importantly, what I was looking to do relative to financing; he worked out several scenarios. Bob provided me with honest feedback and emphasized his desire to give me the best auto for my situation. Once he reviewed inventory, we discussed an option and I was then introduced to Alfonso Douriet. Alfonso worked with me until I drove off the lot with my new car. He was not out to make money but rather to help us get into the car we wanted for the price we were comfortable with. He was very honest with all the extras as well as very knowledgeable of all the models. Although he had more than one sale going on at a time he was very attentive to both and never made us feel as though he had something else going on. What was most notable was that he took his time to ensure the paper license paper plate would not fly up, took down the sales sticker and added the registration sticker in the front of the car. Even before leaving off the lot he made sure my blue tooth was set up so I would be safe driving home in case I got a call. Truly satisfactory experience at the dealership and above satisfactory with the customer service. When it came to financing Jason was extra helpful in finding the plan we need and was very patient with running credits, sitting and explaining to us what made most sense for our budget. Never once did we feel pressured nor uncomfortable with our purchase or price. We were truly treated like family. Thank you to all who made our car buying experience so wonderful!!! More

As I am a very straightforward person, I immediately told Mark exactly what we were thinking, how much I wanted to spend, and asked him what was possible. He immediately came back with three options for us at three different trim levels, and knew the pricing and the options off the top of his head as if he was reading the brochure. Being a car guy myself, I was extremely impressed at his knowledge and expertise of his inventory, and it immediately showed his hard work and dedication to the company and more importantly to the customer. He was incredibly personable, was not pushy at all, and knew the answer to every question I asked him. He is unbelievably funny and worked with us to get the best possible price we could. He was honest with us as well, and even though I continued to push for a better deal, Mark flat out told me when he was at his bottom dollar, and gave us every option we could to find the best possible scenario for us. I have never had a better experience at a dealership (I am at one every 1-2 years to get a new vehicle). Mark at Planet Honda is absolutely the answer for anyone looking for a new car. More

Honestly, we were expecting a similar experience at Planet Honda. In fact, we had brought our son along so he could see some of the pitfalls of buying a car. Boy, were we surprised!! Frankie greeted us at the door and was nothing but honest and pleasant throughout the process. We have never had a better experience. We enjoyed direct, open conversation and negotiation. There was no high pressure, no "What can we do to get in a car today." In short, it was everything you want and nothing you'd expect. Planet Honda and Frankie will be our first stop from now on! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE I had an excellent experience at Planet Honda. I was accommodated by three salesman: Ron Rajnai, Ronald Terry, and Simone Duncombe. Simone, originally, helped me via phone and email which made the process very successful and easy to come in person. When I came in person, I met with Ronald Terry who was a very lovely man and helped me with more information about the car. Simone was very open, honest, and pleasant and an absolute pleasure to work with. There was no pressure and no gimmicks. After two days, I came back to the dealership to make the transaction and Ron Rajnai was there to help me make an honest business transaction with a friendly professional. My entire experience was certainly a 5 star. I walked away with the exact car I wanted with the best price. When I had to go to finance I spoke with Jim not sure the name but he was young had brown hair and glasses and he was EXTREMELY helpful. He explained everything in detail down to the warranty and used a highlighter to write 36 versus 60 month finance. He was able to answer all my questions which were a lot considering this was my first purchase and had a lot of patience (A LOT). Words cannot begin to describe what an amazing team I dealt with at Planet Honda. All in all, if you want a great experience and honest team you should visit Planet Honda this is absolutely the best place and car-buying experience in NJ.
