Yesterday, I took my car to Planet Honda on Route 22 for recall services. I arrived at 9:45 am and left around 2:30 pm. When I got my vehicle back, it wouldn't start, and the mechanic told me my battery was recall services. I arrived at 9:45 am and left around 2:30 pm. When I got my vehicle back, it wouldn't start, and the mechanic told me my battery was low. I told him my car was fine that morning and asked to speak with the manager. Khariava Cruz asked what happened, and I explained; then she asked the mechanic, and she repeated what he said in an unprofessional manner, with attitude. to me. She seemed to dismiss what I had to say. I decided to see someone else, so I spoke with Sue Larch, who was very professional and referred me to someone who could help. Eventually, they replaced my battery, and I was able to go home. I appreciated Sue and I was grateful for her help. However, I was quite disappointed with how Miss Cruz handled the situation; I believe she needs more training in customer service. More
