Never go with Planet Honda I visited planet honda to buy a certified used car. initially they received well and showed the cars and we went to test drive. in online it was menti I visited planet honda to buy a certified used car. initially they received well and showed the cars and we went to test drive. in online it was mentioned $17779. price was written on car $21K+. we asked them to agree for online price. they agreed first and then they asked us to pay certification charges $1600. we started negotiating as no dealer ask for certification fee for the user cars. one of the manager came and he started talking very rude. Argument went for some time finally price came down to 19K+. As the insurance is covering from the next day we did not take the car delivary. I paid $1000 and signed the sale agreement.I tried a loan from DCU, unfortunately the interest rate was little high. so i asked the dealer to finance. they played big drama not finance my vehicle. multiple responses with in one hour of duration.first they said i am eligible for 2.99 interest rate. later they said i am not eligible for that interest rate.They contacted multiple credit unions and i got 9 hard inquiries on my credit history.I applied for only one application.The way they treat the customer is very rude. i never expected this kind of experience. I finally got my cheque from DCU and my car delivered.I really got disturbed like anything with the manager's behavior. we were waiting in the hall to talk to them they are not responding and that manager moved out in front of us irresponsibility. When i went said, we are waiting here for you. His response was very bad.He made the executive to play the drama.it was very bad experience i never ever had. More
