My wife was unbelievably nervous about driving the car but Ron very patiently guided her and made her feel very comfortable. All of the details that turn a customer experience from average to exceptional was there. Even when I asked for coffee after the cafe had closed Ron offered to get us coffee some way some how. It's pretty obvious by now he offers world class service. I felt like I was in a Bentley dealership... Now let's talk business! I've worked as a personal trainer salesman and can spot a sales pitch from a mile away. Ron above all else is a professional auto CONSULTANT not a salesman. We were unsure whether to finance or lease. Ron broke down every option, explained everything very thoroughly and went ABOVE and beyond his duties. If you want a genuine experience with a professional who passionately works very hard in giving you the best deal possible for a car that's right for you, talk to Ron. A message for Planet Honda and ALL of Honda- Ron is who you should model every salesman after. Within minutes of meeting him, your guard is down as you are talking to a friend. A very knowledgable professional who doesn't see you as a bag of money. Ron works very guard to give you the best deal possible but above all else he has values- integrity, honesty, patience... I'm not sure if he sells the most cars or not since he doesn't talk slick and isn't pushy one bit. But I can promise you one thing, he has been there a short while only but as word of mouth passes through like wildfire he will be your number one.
