I just walked into Planet Honda without an appointment and Gercino Soares was my sales person. Gercino was knowledgeable, honest and very patient during the sales process. However, when I came back to the dealership Gercino was willing to take the time to talk to me about the CR-V as well as other Honda models. he was able to answer all of my financing and car questions. Michael Hanna, my salesman, was very friendly right from the moment he saw me and walked up to me in the parking lot after I exited my car. He walked me through all the paperwork, explaining that there was alot to fill out and processes to take place [bank approval, registration, etc.] and was very accommodating, even getting me a latte twice! Eddie Amorin was also very friendly and extended me a good discount and finance deal. We chatted briefly about issues other than Hondas; he was interested in me as a person, not just as a sale. Always a friendly smile and handshake! Jay Morris also greeted me with a welcoming smile and handshake and checked in with me 2 or 3 times during the process. When I returned the next day to deliver my old car's title and second set of keys, all three men again greeted me with a big, friendly smile and handshake, asking how I was and how things were going with the car amd thanking me for returning so promptly. I would recommend Planet Honda to everyone. Their attentiveness and genuine friendliness made me feel welcome and relaxed, making this major decision and expenditure an easy experience!
