My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Kaleem. We were looking for a car that met our criteria of mileage, year and price. We found many cars but none within our price range. This aforementioned paradigm infiltrates into his staff as evidenced by Frankie Talarico and Margaret Cummings. Ed Amorin engenders the same level of excellence that he insists upon for himself. I salute all of you for your customer service, quality of work, friendliness which is only to be superseded by how you leave customers feeling about themselves and the quality of the choice that they have made. I was not planning on buying a car anytime soon but it seems Hurricane Irene had different plans as it pushed a tree on top of my car (a 2004 Honda Accord with no problems). Since I've been driving an Accord for 8+ years I decided to take a look at the competition and wasn't impressed, either the cars had a horrible feel like I was sitting on rocks (hint hint GM), or the sales associate's acted as if they never knew the words "commission" and "Customer Service" went hand in hand (hint hint Hyundai). After the above experiences I went home, did some further research online and found the car I wanted at Planet Honda (depending on the customer service). Out of all the positives I have for Planet Honda it did take some time to get help from a Sales Associate and I was ready to walk out when I met Danny. My first impression (alert! alert!) this guy can sell water to an Eskimo but to be honest if we never spoke I wouldn't have closed the deal. He made sure I was taken care of, gave me time to look everything over and answered any questions I had without any B.S. just go get a sale. Kudos to Danny for stepping up to the plate when Planet Honda almost lost a sale. After Danny I was then introduced to Margaret for the financing. Let me start by saying I knew what I was working with, what I wanted and what Planet Honda wanted so now it was time for negotiations (the fun part). The same as with Danny, Margaret was very customer friendly and was willing to work with me and did some extra work in order to meet my demands. Although it required some patience on my part, so she could crunch the numbers and make some calls, she was able to get me an even lower interest rate than expected. In closing, upon arriving I was thinking "here we go another dealership who looks at numbers not customers" but after working with Danny and Margaret I feel proud to say I brought my car from Planet Honda and will recommend to all my friends and family!
