I applaud Christopher Miros on being attentive, taking initiative and being customer satisfaction oriented in getting my service issue resolved. After I had my rear brakes serviced I continued to have a s initiative and being customer satisfaction oriented in getting my service issue resolved. After I had my rear brakes serviced I continued to have a squealing brake noise. Another service advisor told me even though the front brake pads were barely worn, I would have to pay to replace them to get rid of the noise. He had an "ow well" type of attitude. This made no sense to me and made me angry. I called Christopher, who had me come back in to investigate further. He researched and found the service bulletin regarding faulty brake pads and they were replaced under warranty at no charge. He changed what would have been a bad service experience in to a positive impression of Planet Honda. This was my first visit and I will come go back again for my next service visit. More
