I was highly recommended to Planet Honda by a good friend. I had been in the hospital on bedrest from February 18 on and gave birth to triplets on 3/6. I went to Planet Honda and met with Eddie the sales director who listened to my needs and then put me in the capable hands of Steven March. Steven worked with my budget, the requirements with triplets and had many good suggestions too. That very same evening I drove home in a new Honda Odyssey Minivan. Steven stayed late to accomodate me and the crazy schedule I was dealing with, he helped me clean out my car and put my belongings into the new van and made a point to show me the car and make sure I was comfortable before driving home. I left the dealership at 11:45 pm and Steven was still there - he really was amazing. What also impressed me was how nice everyone else was too. While I was waiting for paperwork to be completed many of the folks came over and congratulated me and spent time talking with me. They are a great team and everyone was very nice. In a time where customer service seems to have disappeared it was a great relief to find it at Planet Honda and with Steven. He really helped me out in a time of need. More
