That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at our dealership. You mention Mr. Rind, Mr. Ringler, Mr. Amorin and Mr. Weinstein in your review. Since this is the first time I am hearing about this experience, I wanted to extend my deep apologies on behalf of these four managers as well as our entire dealership. It is always our intention to provide outstanding customer service and it appears we came up short of that goal with you. Mr. Weinstein, our General Manager, was out of the office but I made him aware of your review. You mention an email in your review that you sent and copied these 4 employees. Mr. Weinstein has never received a copy of an email from you and has assured me that if he had received an email, he would have replied. When Mr. Weinstein was made aware of your concerns, he had our accounting department pull your file and send a refund to Citizens Auto Finance.
