Through the whole process all my questions were answered and I must admit I loved the attention...Francis was very down to earth and understanding. He actually made the whole process seem fun with all his stories and I was very happy that he was efficient and quick..Three years ago when I got a car I was at Planet Honda for 9 hours, but he had me out in a few hours.In my opinion he is one of the best sales consultants and he made sure I knew my car in and out by the time I left...As a matter of a fact I left my EZ Pass in my old leased car and he called me and offered to take care of it until I could come get it..So if you are unsure about going to Planet Honda or if you are looking, then look no more and have no doubts. We had turned in our leased Honda the same day. Steve March took tremendous care of us. Eddie followed up and Tim made sure we were satisfied. Everyone else in the organization followed up. Like I said, you could not have asked for better service. The desire to take care of customers is evident throughout the organization. The upbeat spirit, attention to detail, is self evident. This was my third new car purchased from these gentlemen in the past 3 years and by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Without going into detail, I can say that the price for my CR-V EXL was the lowest possible (I priced this car at NUMEROUS dealers). And the best thing was that I didn’t have to sacrifice anything to get this rock bottom price. Planet Honda is the only dealer and Eddie and Arturo are the only sales people you will need to visit. On Saturday, Novemeber 7th. I visited the Planet Honda Dealership in Union,NJ . I have been looking to purchase an suv with 3rd rown seeting. In the last several months I have visited Nissan 46, Lynne's Dealership in Union,NJ . I have been looking to purchase an suv with 3rd rown seeting. In the last several months I have visited Nissan 46, Lynne's Nissan in Bloomfield, NJ, and Volvo Route 17. I have been unable to negotiate any terms at the above mentioned dealerships because I owed money on my current suv. Mr Frank Talarico of Planet Honda in Union was professional, courteous and was able to finally accomodate my family's needs.We left with a gorgeous certified Honda Pilot that fit our budget. The whole process was quick and easy! Throughout the years I have purchased or leased over 12 cars between my husband and myself. This has been the best experience! Mr. Talarico and the staff at Planet Honda were wonderful. I have 2 small children who usually hate when mom and dad are shopping for cars. My daughter got to spin the "Wheel of Fortune " and actually won $25.00 ! Few days back my 08 Accord got damaged it's left fender and Rocker Panel. The damages were modest had a dents in Fender and some part of the rocker panel and it looked like it is repairable.I wanted get th and Rocker Panel. The damages were modest had a dents in Fender and some part of the rocker panel and it looked like it is repairable.I wanted get the dent/damage work done by a good dealer Body shop rather than going to a local body shop. Went to a few Honda Dealers to get quotes/ideas about fixing this damage. Most of the dealers suggested me to get the parts replaced. They said there is no option to repair it. That is the easiest way to do because they don't have to worry about dent removal and also costs much more as parts needed to be replaced and repainted. But I was insisting on to repair the damage rather than throwing away parts and getting it replaced. Planet Honda given me a good quote and they said it can be repaired at their facility and no need to get the parts replaced. Of course the quote was much competitive than other dealers and I decided to get the work done by them. After two days of work they repaired the parts and repainted the damage area. They did a good work out of it. I would recommend their body shop to other people. More
