Few days back my 08 Accord got damaged it's left fender and Rocker Panel. The damages were modest had a dents in Fender and some part of the rocker panel and it looked like it is repairable.I wanted get th and Rocker Panel. Went to a few Honda Dealers to get quotes/ideas about fixing this damage. Most of the dealers suggested me to get the parts replaced. They said there is no option to repair it. That is the easiest way to do because they don't have to worry about dent removal and also costs much more as parts needed to be replaced and repainted. But I was insisting on to repair the damage rather than throwing away parts and getting it replaced. Planet Honda given me a good quote and they said it can be repaired at their facility and no need to get the parts replaced. Of course the quote was much competitive than other dealers and I decided to get the work done by them. After two days of work they repaired the parts and repainted the damage area. They did a good work out of it. I would recommend their body shop to other people. More
My recent experience with this Honda Dealership's Service Department was a pleasant one. They were very attentive and the work was top quality. They were to the point, had a look into the problem I was expalining, and had it fixed the same day (they must have a good stockpile of parts!). They are not expensive, they are relatively quick, and the waiting area is actually very clean and nice. I will definitely be going back here. More
I've had my 99 accord for about 3 years, and before I owned it my aunt brought it new from Planet Honda. I think Planet Honda's service is 2 thumbs up and will recommend them to anyone. Cars have issues and they are there to fix them and they do a good job of doing so. The enviornment is friendly and you'll get to know people and they'll get to know you on more than just a drop off your car and go basis.The show room, the waiting room, and childrens waiting room is nice and clean. I like this dealer, like the peole who work here, like there work, and will continue to come until I no longer own a Honda! More
I purchased my Civic at Planet Honda in 2004. I just found out recently through another Honda dealership where I get servicing, that Planet Honda entered the wrong purchase date in the computer. This affects my warranty which trickles down to many other aspects and discounts. I called Planet and got jerked around for about 30 minutes. Then I spoke with the Sales manager who informed me that this shouldn't be an issue. He wouldn't change the date of purchase. He said I should get over it. I called Honda Customer Service and filed a report. This should be easily taken care of and they were jerks about it. NEVER GO TO THEM. Go to Autosport Honda if anything. More
