Luis who was helping me was very nice and accommodating but that's where my satisfaction ends. I brought my car straight home and parked in the garage. I had a flat the next time I went to go drive it even though my car was brought to Honda for tire pressure check. I had to leave on a trip pretty early in the morning and to not be able to take my car I was pretty pissed to say the least.
It took time to identify the issue but Jonathan has been super helpful. Very patient even with my constant reaching out to him. Rui also was very patient and ensured that the issue will be resolved. The new cars can be very tricky with these sensors and all so it’s important to give service centers time to identify and resolve issues.

They lied...they did change the oil in my car. After waiting 4 hours and paying for my service when I checked service wasn't done. I brought it to the teams attention I was given my money back. My question is how many other customers don't check and is getting ripped off for services not performed. This is where I bought 2 vehicles to be treated this way is sickening.
