Jonathan Butler is knowledgeable advisor who helped to service my two Hondas - CRV and Pilot. Explained everything in details, kept me updated during the repair, helped me to save a couple bucks.I appreciate Jonathan's help very much.

"Poor, Sales Rep Doesn't reply"

Bought a 2015 Honda CR-V Had a vibration, took it back to dealership and they fixed it w/o charge. told him about one tire and they said to contact the sales rep as the service center doesn't handle that issue and he went further to mention they should address the issue, which I did. I even had to go back to dealership to p/u vehicle manual and he even seemed annoyed with getting me one. My Car battery went with in 5 months, would not replace it or pro-rate it even with the wrap warranty. (Service Shop Dept.) Ouch! 1 tire kept losing air finally after 4 months owning the CR-V went to Mr. Tire and they said the tire already has 2 patches I can put one on and afterwards must be replaced. 2nd tire 7 months had a leak went to Pep Boys, and had 3 patches so I had to purchase 2 new tires I have called the dealership 2x then customer service rep transferred me to my sales rep Kelechi and never returned my call. I even emailed him with out any response on 4 occasions . (I Kept my email receipt as proof) Very sad

"Buy it here, DON'T GET SERVICED!!!"

We bought our car two years ago. Used 2015 Fit with 19,000 miles on it. We've brought it back for oil changes. Two times ago, after an oil change I noticed an oil leak. They overfilled the oil by 1 1/2 inches on the dipstick. We brought it back, and Matt( who left there for greener pastures) took great care of us. Gave us a loaner car, did compression tests, etc. fixed the problem. We brought it back two weeks ago for an oil change, and again, noticed oil leak. Same thing. This time we had to deal with Luis Tirado, who was condescending and a flat out liar. Again, loaner car. He never even acknowledged that they overfilled the oil on out work papers. Says it was an "axel seal" leak. Which has NOTHING to do with the oil. We got it back four days later, and lo and behold, it's still overfilled with oil and leaking in the same spot. I took it to an independent mechanic, who says nothing was replaced, he could tell by the amount of road dust and no fingerprints, etc. So, after paying 20,000.00 CASH, and having our car now with 43,000.00 miles on it, I believe PLANET HONDA ruined our car. I strongly suggest you never go there for service. If you do, you've been warned.

"Service Department "

If I could give zero stars for the service department I would. I have been a customer here for over 10 years in both leasing and servicing my cars. There has been such a decline in the service department customer service over the last 2-3 years. I am a customer that always waits while my car is being serviced. Today I brought my car in with a Bluetooth issue and was told a special technician had to look at it and wait time would be about 3 hours. I was never told this upon making my appointment. I took the day off today to do this but I was not going to wait 3 hours. This information had to be told when I was making appointment. So frustrated and dissatisfied. A few years ago when the twins were there the department ran efficiently and customer service was a priority.

"Good Customer Service & great Service Adviser "

I love my Honda car dealer. I bought my certified used car from Planet Honda close to 4 years ago and from that time the only place I take my car aka Henry, to go and get service is at Planet Honda. The customer service there is so wonderful. The service techs that are outside to get your service going are always so kind. And honestly the best part is my service adviser Luis. Luis is stop notch, he is always honest with me and wants the best for Henry (that is my CRV). He calls to make sure you are very up to date and he goes above and beyond. Dealing with a lot of customer service places Planet Honda and Luis definitely get a 5/5 from me. I have referred so many friends to go there for their Honda, and say always ask for Luis.

Last week we had our car in for service and the service person was Alan Mine. He was so friendly and he patiently answered our questions and reviewed the maintenance work that had been done on the car. I love this place. Customer service is exceptional. My car was due for an oil change and I didn't have time to make an appointment so I decided to do a walk-in. Since it was rush hour, I was prepared to wait for hours. Kirk Colon was my Service Advisor and I was done in 1hr 30mns. He was very courteous and efficient. I will definitely request him when I go there next time because he went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks Kirk, I appreciate you.

I came in to the dealership in dire need of a new battery. I had just gotten stuck a few times and was able to get a jump for my battery and make it to the dealership just before they closed (service).
