When I arrived had an appointment but were keeping your truck for 3 hours well could we please get a ride to in and out no our shuttle is not running ok could you please was my truck when it's done no its truck for 3 hours well could we please get a ride to in and out no our shuttle is not running ok could you please was my truck when it's done no its no working I'm very disappointed with this so went inside to wait my I get a water I don't have one ok go ask people in back really what kind of customer service is this I'm pissed and why did I have to pay to get my tires rotated so when I got my dirty truck back wrong caps were on my tires but no one knows where they went look at new trucks they had color ones on them but now we don't have ours!!!!! One more thing so the little sticker in window with oil change stats next change in July or by this many miles well the put miles on there that were on it when I pulled in not happy at all!!!!!! More

All staff were pleasant. I had an 11am appointment for an oil change. We didn't get out of there until after 3pm. They do not provide a car wash.
