Watching the "track you car" app for two an a half hours telling me the vehicle is waiting for parts and never updated, waiting that long for a basic oil change with an appointment is just unacceptable. tha telling me the vehicle is waiting for parts and never updated, waiting that long for a basic oil change with an appointment is just unacceptable. that's 2 1/2 hours out of my life I'll never get back. When I was getting to leave I remembered I needed help with my CarPlay so I walked back in and asked for assistance and Nick came with the service.
