I made a 10:00am appointment for maintenance service. Upon arrival I was told it would take 2 to 3 hrs. Why the appointment then!? 2nd. After work was finished I was told to pick up my keys from the porter no charge because I got several visits for maintenance when I bought my vehicle. I picked up my Titan and headed home I did not receive any paper work on what work was done on my vehicle, such as oil change and what oil was replace such as full synthetic, lube . On the way home my screen showed that the tires needed air! I assumed that was a maintenance/ safety check! Which would be done?? More

Mike really worked some magic to get me into a great used car! I didn't have credit, good or bad, because I've always paid for everything with cash.
