The service area has simply collapsed. Lines for everything , they tell the customer when to arrive, they won’t work in a car when the customer need it done. Mine was a recall, it should have taken everything , they tell the customer when to arrive, they won’t work in a car when the customer need it done. Mine was a recall, it should have taken 30 minutes but my car and I were there 6 hours. I was told it would be 5 hours which seemed ridiculous. I’ve had two muranos. I’m ready for a new car.
