I dropped my vehicle off on Friday, July 23rd with my regular service person Jared. Jared provided me with the cost of repairs on Saturday, and notified me that he was going to be out of the office the regular service person Jared. Jared stated that Alex would follow-up with me, and provide status in his absence. I did not receive a status or any information on when my repair would be completed the entire week. On Friday, July 30th I called Alex and left a message on his voicemail. I never heard back from him so late that afternoon I called and asked for the service manager, which wasn't available, but did return my call later. He informed me that the parts for my vehicle arrived on yesterday, would be installed on Saturday, and should be ready for pickup on Monday. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their lack of communication, and he apologized, and said to makeup for such poor customer service he would have my vehicle detailed. I received a call from Alex on Monday, August 2nd letting me know that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Needless to say my vehicle had not been detailed or even just washed. I am so disappointed in Planet Nissan. More

I went into Planet Nissan with a Capital One pre-approval. Got a new car, came back from vacation to mail from an unknown bank with my information. My credit was ran several times and I was not pre-approval. Got a new car, came back from vacation to mail from an unknown bank with my information. My credit was ran several times and I was not told they weren't using my pre-approval. I had no knowledge of anything. I called and spoke with the salesman who helped and he stated, "we got you a better deal." I don't think this is right but it seems nobody can do anything about it. So I will continue to write bad reviews on Planet Nissan. More

Edward was an amazing sales associate and made me feel welcome in buying my first SUV. Unfortunately i can’t say the same for the rest of the employees that made me feel uncomfortable. For an example i am a recently separated veteran from the United States Marine Corps and they did not want to give me a rebate due to me not meeting the criteria. Luckily i had my DD214 and i googled the Nissan rebate for veterans and showed it to him and he still denied it. Until i brought it to his manager then they agreed to give it to me. What happened to me was unnecessary and i wouldn’t want another veteran going thru what i went to that’s why i want to bring it to light. However as mentioned earlier Edward did a phenomenal job and i rather only talk to him. More

The visit was not satisfactory at all. It took 2.5 hours to change a battery and I had to get the service manager involved in order to find out what was going on. Then the pricing was different from when I talked to Alexander over the phone from when I got to the dealership. I was charged parts and labor which doubled the price which wasn't explained. Alexander was abrasive and extremely short calling me a liar and that he never said that even after he admitted on checking the prorated battery warranty before arriving to the dealership. I will not be bringing my vehicle back to the dealership for any service in the future. Unfortunately not my first unsatisfactory visit with Alex. Ken always provided top notch customer service which is why I would bring my vehicle to this dealership for service. Ken is no longer at this dealer and to drive 25 miles for abrasive service and attitude is just pointless when there is definitely a service center closer. More
