5 stars hands down. No excessive price markup, friendly sales staff, smooth transactions. Dan was patient, kind and knowledgeable, while Charles found my wife a slightly better rate, than the pre approval sales staff, smooth transactions. Extreme delay with the completion of the work to be performed on our car, Told one thing, delivery was quite the opposite. Do not intend to come back for any service. Spoke with service mfr as well. Gave us some lame response, blaming the pandemic. Never apologized for taking 6 hrs to complete oil change and hood latch replacement. Original estimate for completion was 2 hours. No call at anytime to mention a delay in finishing the work was made. Not happy!!!! More
