I am surprise that when I did call for an appointment I had to asked for their COVID requirements for service. The previous time there was no mention or reminder of what was excepted of the customer or else I would have arrange for someone to pick me up instead of waiting outside until my car was done. This latest visit I had to ask if Mask's were required or if the waiting room was available, this should be part of the confirmation when setting your appointment for service to inform your customers of the COVID requirements you have in effect as a courtesy.
