Came in for an oil change...... I came in for an oil change and about 2 hours later, Jarred called me to inform they found a rear oil gasket leak, which thankfully, he said is covere I came in for an oil change and about 2 hours later, Jarred called me to inform they found a rear oil gasket leak, which thankfully, he said is covered under my warranty. I was thankful for that. They offered me a loaner car for the day, which I declined. And as promised, my car was ready the next day for pick up. Thank you for your help! More

I got the car i wanted at the down payment Experience at first was nice, but quickly became stressful. I felt like was being forced into a purchase. I got the car i wanted at the down payment I had wanted...only to be told a few days later I needed to come up with another 3k. I contacted Nissan and said they could have the vehicle back. They told me to bring in just another 1k, so I did just that. The vehicle is awesome. Annoyed at my sales rep and finance guy for stringing me along, and giving me false information. I still havent brought in my vehicle to be repaired. There was damage on the rear bumper that Blake said I could bring in. I talked to Jose and set up a date to bring it in. I could not make it and tried contacting them again. I was told I would be contacted by service to set up another date and that has yet to happen. Overall im not super pleased, but not fully disappointed...yet. More
