My 2012 Nissan Maxima needed a Major Repair My Maxima needed suspension repairs. It was costly. I received a couple of outside auto repair shop's estimates. My service representative Heath Marqu My Maxima needed suspension repairs. It was costly. I received a couple of outside auto repair shop's estimates. My service representative Heath Marquardt was able to get approval to match the repair estimates. I was very please Planet Nissan were able to continue its long history on servicing my car. I want nothing but Nissan parts replacement versus after market parts. Thanks Heath for your dedication to customer service. More
Not a good experience ,I won’t be returning there after 3 years of purchasing vehicles and using them for all our service. They performed the wrong service on my 2017 frontier. Went in for the 10,000 mile se years of purchasing vehicles and using them for all our service. They performed the wrong service on my 2017 frontier. Went in for the 10,000 mile service, they did the 15,000 mile service which is not covered under warranty and I’m guessing quiet a bit more detailed. (My truck has 13,300mi.). Anyway when I picked it up the charge was high. When I asked about it I got runaround, it was sit here and talk to this person, then we’ll call this person, it was just to much to handle at 5:30 in the evening, so they discounted the price for me. But that will be the last of my business they will see. More
