Rental car lady needs training on being polite. I was offered a car rental, the lady helping me with the rental was very rude. She asked me for my license credit card and proof of insurance, I told I was offered a car rental, the lady helping me with the rental was very rude. She then said to me “why don’t you said PLEASE get my insurance from the car” I just got up and left her office. I do not think I did anything wrong when I ask her to get the insurance from the car. I know you guys don’t let customers just walk into the garage where the car is being worked on. Is her job to get the insurance paper from my car. I think she was rude for demanding me to say please. The computer generated text messages are terrible . They text saying your car is ready. It never is. He asked the service guy about the part that is recommended by text. Would not recommend services done here This is our second vehicle we take here and we keep on having bad services.
