With a remarkable sense of detail and thoroughness getting our vehicles serviced at Planet Nissan because of Heath's follow up allows us the peace of mind knowing that it is always taken care of. Without a doubt there has not been an outstanding issue from getting our vehicles serviced at Planet Nissan. More

Regular maintenance appointment I scheduled an appointment for 7 am. Got there at 7 a.m. waited 20 minutes for them to tell me that the person who was in charge of my maintenance app I scheduled an appointment for 7 am. I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. why make an appointment if you'll still have to sit there for three hours when the work that was completed should not have taken that long to begin with. No one checked in on me through the process. More

Reason being; on the website, your able to customize vehicles to what you want...but in all actuality, what you see is what you get. Don't get me wrong, I like my Kicks...but I'd LOVE it more with the Rockford Fosgate premium audio system, door sill plates that say "KICKS", interior accent light, and side-window deflectors....but I do understand that these are "additional items" that I CAN still purchase. But it would have been nice to actually buy those items on the car when I purchased the vehicle. Everything happens for a reason👍❤🤘 More
