Tire Key My tire had a nail in it and the key to remove it wasn’t in my car after I took it in to have my tires rotated from another Nissan dealership. Service Surpassed Expectations From our first conversation Andrew provided a clear and thorough description of what to expect from a service appointment at this dealership. It star From our first conversation Andrew provided a clear and thorough description of what to expect from a service appointment at this dealership. It started with a phone call concerning our transmission and a grinding sound from one of our rear wheels. He immediately found the warranty on our vehicle and laid out the process and expectations if we brought our vehicle into this service center. After leaving our car with them for 5 days we ended up with a new transmission, rear wheel bearing, oil change, and free rental car. This was all covered within our warranty. Overall great experience and would highly recommend talking to Andrew. Andrew provided great customer service and timely follow up throughout the entire process. More
