It started with a phone call concerning our transmission and a grinding sound from one of our rear wheels. He immediately found the warranty on our vehicle and laid out the process and expectations if we brought our vehicle into this service center. After leaving our car with them for 5 days we ended up with a new transmission, rear wheel bearing, oil change, and free rental car. This was all covered within our warranty. Overall great experience and would highly recommend talking to Andrew. Andrew provided great customer service and timely follow up throughout the entire process. More

Everyone was nice however, the dealership in general seems to lack communication among departments (service and receptionist). I purchased the car late at night and returned the next day to have my car detailed and gassed and the service dept had my car for over an hour and didn't tell me how long it would take to service it. Long story short I had somewhere to be and had to leave mid service and I got my car back with nothing done and an empty tank and was late for my appointment. Got the gas myself. Ive owned 3 cars from Nissan and never left without gas or retuned and waited so long with nothing done. More

Each visit was under different circumstances and had it’s own set of criteria and he was able to completely find the right fit in each particular case. He also NEVER made me feel any pressure to purchase nor hesitated to go out of his way to make me, my wife and 2 daughters completely happy and comfortable in our purchasing decisions. He has a thorough knowledge of every vehicle he shows us as well as all of the options available on all of the different years and styles. George Pscenicnik, the finance manager is very professional, thorough and explains everything very well. Never pressured me into buying anything extra (although I did in a couple cases) and always did his best to make the signing process as quick and painless as possible. I’ve bought many vehicles at many different dealerships around the country, but my experiences at Planet Nissan have been, by far, the best I’ve had and they are one of the few that I actually look forward to visiting. Hopefully Nino and George will still be there in March! More
