Quick recall repair I brought my 2014 Altima in because I got a notice in the mail that there was a recall on it. I dropped it off in the morning around 10 (didn’t have a I brought my 2014 Altima in because I got a notice in the mail that there was a recall on it. I dropped it off in the morning around 10 (didn’t have an appointment) and got it back about 2:30. Tim, the service advisor, explained what the reason was for the recall and what they did. Very friendly and thorough. He made sure all of my questions were answered. Good experience. More

Excellent service experience So I came to this service center initially because even though I bought from United Nissan, it was a lot farther downtown than I wanted to drive. Besi So I came to this service center initially because even though I bought from United Nissan, it was a lot farther downtown than I wanted to drive. Besides, Planet Nissan is in a much nicer part of town, located in a shopping center that I can walk around while I’m waiting. However, I keep coming back because Jarred takes exceptional care of his customers...very friendly, always checking in with progress checks, and includes my daughter in the conversations. An overall wonderful experience to get my car serviced. More
