Ken & Andy in Service are very helpful, accommodating and don't take advantage of me. Ken is my main service advisor & always answers my texts. reliable I always go in for an oil change. Even before I make my appointment I get a friendly reminder that I may have a service due. When I get there, the g I always go in for an oil change. When I get there, the guys outside are friendly and get my cat checked in, Then inside with the service rep, Heath, he is always pleasant and helpful. Only drawback, is that I am one of those people that likes to keep the tread on my tires at a certain pressure. I always ask them to not alter the pressure. A few times I found that the pressure was change...twice..right around a big temp drop and I went to drive to work in the morning and see my dashboard flash with a check tire pressure. Not too happy to see that. Otherwise everything else is okay. More
