There was never any pressure to go there or to have anything done that I didn’t request. I was told the time needed to complete the work would likely be 90 minutes. I left the property walking in search of a place to have lunch and returned about an hour and 15 minutes later. As I was walking into the customer lounge, Heath called my mobile phone to let me know work had been completed and my vehicle was ready to go. I was given a print out of all work completed and materials used, along with a gracious thank you for choosing Planet Nissan. I might add, all work was completed under budget. To me, that’s really more than I should expect or could hope for. It’s a 100 mile drive one way, but absolutely worth it for the level of service offered! More
