Best Experience ever with a dealership! This is was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Short story - we didn't "have to buy" a new car, we needed a larger car to put a lift This is was the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Short story - we didn't "have to buy" a new car, we needed a larger car to put a lift on the back to carry my mobile scooter. A friend of mind had recommended we go here telling us that they would work with us because to get a new car, I would be upside down with the old car. I thought, "yeah right. They won't be any different than other dealerships, a lot of pressure to buy, but no support to help you". My husband was even less enthusiastic ~ "we are JUST GOING TO LOOK". We met with Clayton and he IS, THE MOST!! First, he really made the effort to make us comfortable, and then we walked the lot looking at cars ~ with no pressure. He is very knowledgeable about each car we looked at as he informed of everything about the cars. We chose our car, but with being upside down, we had to chose another. Clayton again was helpful and supportive informing of a program Nissan has that after a year, we can refinance through Nissan, trade this car for the one we really liked. Clayton took the time and sat with me and showed and explained all the workings in our new car. Charles in Finance went over the paperwork with us. We took our car home and noticed some scratches on it that needed painted. Clayton took care of and arranged everything with Jose. He handled a rental car while ours was being fixed. So I'm telling you, Nissan has a beautiful staff, they are a family "TEAM WORK makes the DREAM WORK" is CLEARLEY their motto.
