I inform her of my problem, she informed me the person I was trying to calling was on vacation threw his card away. so she brought me into the service center and I met Mr. Heath Marquardt service person he treated very well. I informed him what had happen to me that I was calling for several days leaving messages on a machine and no one never getting back to me . He said he was sorry for my inconvenience. help me make an appointment for the next day for my oil change he wanted me to do it when I was there but I had a doctor's appointment .so the next day, when I arrived Heath greeted me and treated me well, almost made me forget what had happen to me.Heath will be my go to guy for my service from now on. I made my next appointment through Heath for my other car on the 15th and he took care of me. P.S. I think the company should get rid of leave a message and I will call you back because no one did. one of the calls, I spoke to a man who said he would get back to me put me on hold and never did get back to me after waiting a few minutes the call went to a message box asking me to leave a message I did and still never got a call back. you should transfer the call to someone who is working at the time the customer calls.
