Excellent care after the sale - keeps us coming back Myself and three daughters have purchased nine cars at Planet Nissan over the last eight years or so. While it is true any Nissan dealership could have sold us the cars, it was Planet Nissan that generally offered the best deals. Far more than that, and the reason we keep coming back is the outstanding after sales servicing provided by the service department at Planet Nissan. Ken Voltage has been our primary service manager over these years and he has never failed to take care of us. Whether it is routine oil changes, required maintenance services, or surprise visits with flat tires, he has made sure the service is done efficiently and done right the first time. Any recalls (a few) needed he always had the recall services performed at times we were already scheduled for servicing, even on Saturdays when the service department is always humming to capacity. When all the daughters and family visit, our driveway looks like a Planet Nissan dealership. Ken and the great service department has cemented our loyalty to Planet Nissan. More
