Ken was able to get me in at the time I wanted and clearly explain the services to be provided. After the initial multipoint inspection he provided me another list of things that needed to be completed, but Ken was sensitive to the upfront cost of my current service and there was no sales pressure or fake advice to get the other items accomplished “right away” that I really appreciated.
