They were horrible, bought brand new top of line car and had to by after market equipment to put in it like home link mirror and roof cross bars. When I took to have them install they wanted over $700 to in had to by after market equipment to put in it like home link mirror and roof cross bars. When I took to have them install they wanted over $700 to install, offered me no deal. Also service guy talked down to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Maybe because I am a woman. He basically made fun of me for wanting the home link mirror to program my garage door to. Well anyways my husband put in the crossbars and mirror in about an hour and they look and work great. Planet Nissan was going to charge me $700 for 4 hrs. Of labor. If it was going to take their guys 4 hrs to install the cross bars & mirror, then they beyttter find new service guys. What a joke! More
