It was a bit unpleasant! I did not appreciate Heath yelling at me because I couldn’t understand what he was saying through the mask! Everyone in the Service area heard it! I rated this a 4 because the wait time for someone to come out to me when I first arrived was over five minutes. Two other cars showed up close to the end of that time and started receiving assistance before me. That shouldn’t happen. More
