Planet Nissan - Service Center

Never had a problem with this service department until they tried to fix the cold air that was coming from the passenger side when my heater was on. After taking it back for the same problem about 6 times they tried to fix the cold air that was coming from the passenger side when my heater was on. After taking it back for the same problem about 6 times, they finally replaced the heater box. I still have the intermittent problem of colder air coming from the passenger side, plus the air vent to the back seat now doesn't work. The engineer was called in for both problems, and here is where it frustrates me to no end. He told my service rep Heath the variance on air temp could be between 2-8 degrees different on one side, that's what the temperature control is for. Are you serious!! He also signed off on the air not coming out of the rear vent, saying they checked other cars and it's working normal. No it isn't, I always had air flow to the back, now there is non! I guess those cars they check weren't working either! Needless to say, I have no faith in this engineer that is signing off on these issues, sounds like he doesn't know how to fix it the problems. More
