First time at this dealership post Covid. Everyone was great from the service writer Alex, the shuttle driver, to the cashier, and the Assistant GM. If everything works out, I'll definitely make this my regular repair center. Note: was previously having work done at the dealership that the vehicle was purchased from. The service writer really took care of me and unfortunately, is no longer there plus they no longer offer a shuttle service. For me, that is a very important service. More

I have a $14,000 warranty that I brought my vehicle in to have a recall fixed on it and they made me feel like I had to do two services on it that I didn’t feel was a problem I told them no but they felt it have a recall fixed on it and they made me feel like I had to do two services on it that I didn’t feel was a problem I told them no but they felt it was very necessary so my recall ended up costing me over $500 that I am not very happy with I’m not happy with the dealership at all not to mention on $115,000 car they can’t even offer me a loaner car for the day More
