Communication was non existent. I couldn’t get an update on my car for hours! Everyone I called, no one answered. One call did get answered but was sent to a voicemail. My texts weren’t returned until the c on my car for hours! Everyone I called, no one answered. One call did get answered but was sent to a voicemail. My texts weren’t returned until the car was ready. When I picked up my car the following day, it did not get the courtesy wash so I doubt the inside was sanitized as well. I hated the lack of communication and I will not be back unless for warranty work since it’ll be free. This is for sure my last Nissan. More
