My service advisor Alexander Lobos was very polite and professional.He told me it would take 3 to 4 hours due to the Covid 19, he told me how to use the shuttle service. I signed up and it took a little o professional.He told me it would take 3 to 4 hours due to the Covid 19, he told me how to use the shuttle service. I signed up and it took a little over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. I sat in the waiting area, there was several people there but everyone socially distance and wore masks. I then see an employee who was working in the rental office next to the cashier walking in and out of this office several times. This employee was not wearing properly. He had it over his mouth but his nose was exposed the entire time. If you expect customers to comply your employee should comply and wear his mask properly! It really bothered me his disregard for everyone. More
