My car was left for 3 days, with no work being completed on it. I had to continuously text or call, the service worker Heath to find out what was going on with my car. I was told one hour before closing Thu on it. I had to continuously text or call, the service worker Heath to find out what was going on with my car. I was told one hour before closing Thursday night (day 2), that I could come and get a rental car. I was charged for a fuel induction that I didn’t approve of. I was told on Friday morning at 9:08 am that the parts were finally in and than I was texted again at 11:05 am that my car would be ready in 15 minutes. So my car sat for three days, for it to be worked on for less than 2 hours. Unbelievable!!! Heath is unprofessional and unethical. When I asked about the additional fuel induction being added on my bill, he gave me the run around. He is unethical and I wouldn’t recommend this dealership or it’s services to my worst enemy. More

Brought car in to check brakes and change oil. Brought the XTerra in to check the brakes and change the oil. Mentioned to Ken that the tire pressure light stayed on. Then got into the 100,000 mile Brought the XTerra in to check the brakes and change the oil. Mentioned to Ken that the tire pressure light stayed on. Then got into the 100,000 mile check up. Ended up with a $2200.00 bill. Four days later we took the car in because the rear passenger brake was screaming and the tire pressure light was on. They never checked the brakes or the light sensor. Another $700.00 fixed the brake and the tire sensors. Good news, we got a free smog check. More
