Jarred was AWESOME! Before we used the Planet Nissan service department, we never used to go to the dealer for service. We thought it would be too expensive. Distant but efficient I was told I could not wait on the vehicle and yet the waiting room near the cashier was full of people waiting and most were not masked.. I did like the txt information during the time NIssan had the car, however the phone call was better and appreciated as I am unable to check every text that comes in and so missed the notification. It is difficult to work all this COVID stuff in any place where others are involved, I think you are trying and doing a good job of it. More
