The "service" I received from Jarred Meckley at the Nissan dealership in Centennial Las Vegas on June 16, 2020, was the worst customer experience I've had since I bought my first Nissan years ago. Nissan dealership in Centennial Las Vegas on June 16, 2020, was the worst customer experience I've had since I bought my first Nissan years ago. The derogatory treatment I received from this employee and his lousy customer service do not agree at all with your goal statement of “quality and customer satisfaction are our primary goals”. On your website you promote customer incentives such as discounts on services that I wanted to use for the oil change service for my 2011 Nissan Altima vehicle. However, when I informed your employee about this option, he rudely asked me that he needed to see the printed discount voucher. I informed him that I had the voucher in electronic form on my cell phone and I showed it to him, before which he repeated out loud that it did not work. Your employee showed no interest in offering any other alternative to meet my request as a dealer customer and continued with his derogatory treatment. Then he let me know that the complimentary car wash I've always received was not possible right now. I sincerely request you remind your employee Meckley of the statement Nissan Corporation has for their customers and to honor the offers you post on your website. I have maintained my loyalty to the Nissan Centennial Las Vegas dealership and recommended it to my family and friends but I think now this perspective could change if you keep employees like Meckley discrediting your brand.
