I had talked to Jose in May and he told me to call in 1 June. I got back to him on the first week of June and we set up appointment on 8 June. Services and labor are way too much for a Nissan. Always a pleasure As usual, I took my car in for service and it was very pleasant, timely, and efficient. As I dropped my car off, it was taken graciously by Zack, my service provider. As I waited for my ride to pick me up, I ran into Davit, the awesome salesman who sold me my car. He had already texted me earlier in the week to ask about my payment history to see if he could get me a better interest rate since it was coming on a year since my car purchase. He reminded me to call him in a month and he was sure we could not only lower my rate but probably upgrade my vehicle. A few hours later I received a text and returned to pick up my car. I was on a work phone call and Zack was able to finish the process and have my car brought out to me without me needing to get off the phone. Love this Dealership and all the employees I have encountered. More

Took my Armada for Recall, trans svc, and wiper assy replacement. Not happy with result. Rear wiper assy was half done. Missing cover and damage on catcher still exist. I literally emphasized Jarred what was the damaged upon checking in but they just replaced the wiper arm and called it good.When I picked up, saw the incomplete issue and brought to manager’s attn. Geremy proffesionally handled it and told me he’ll have Jarred contact me the next day. waited for that call, ended up me texting Jarred instead to follow up. He replied, parts on order. Never called me or added any explanation on what happened to the misunderstanding. Waited again, and now a week has passed and no update so I decided to text back but the reply was “work order closed”. So, meaning I am waiting on nothing. I recently purchased 2 vehicles with this dealer and brought 2 clients under salesman Hergie. I feel that I deserved a better treatment than neglecting and ignoring my needs after I paid the asked amount for the service. If they can’t fix a simple repair on My rear wiper assy, what more on a complicated problems on a vehicle. I used to trust this dealer on repairs for my vehicles but now I’m frightened to bring my cars to them for service. Gush! I don’t even know if they did my transmission right. I was actually looking to buy another Nissan and take advantage of their 0 interest for 84 months. But now, I’m too disappointed and probably not buying another Nissan vehicle. V/r, Mr. Cruz More
