I had my Oil change done. Overall I am satisfied, but looks like there was a lack of communication between the service crew and the mechanics. After 2.5 hours waiting I was told that it will take another looks like there was a lack of communication between the service crew and the mechanics. After 2.5 hours waiting I was told that it will take another 3-4 hours to work on the recall which I was ok with. I called my friend to come and pick me up. 10 minutes later I find out that my car is done and my friend just arrived to pick me up. I felt bad for wasting my friends time and gas. Then I went to pay for my oil change and find out I was overcharged $30. I guess it was a mistake in paperwork. They fixed it, just seems a little bit unprofessional and careless the way things were handled. More
