Planet Nissan - Service Center

Immediately when I pulled up I was greeted and helped by a service rep. He took my info and said they would contact me once the car was done. When I went back to get the car from the valet guys it was fast a service rep. He took my info and said they would contact me once the car was done. When I went back to get the car from the valet guys it was fast I didn’t wait long. My only concern and Dissapoinment part of this experience was I could see hand prints and finger prints on the area they worked on ( replaces my airbags due to recall ) also the valet guys aren’t wearing gloves. With this virus I was hoping Planet Nissan would take more steps to wear such. I will not be servicing my car anytime soon to this reason. I wish you guys would wipe down the area worked on or simply wear gloves!!!! More

I have always had a pleasant experience in the past but this time I was disappointed. I was notified by text that my vehicle was finished but I couldn’t get into the link they sent. I very much appreciated the customer service and hospitality from Zach and Randall. I have an extended warranty purchased through auto nation and I’d rather pay the $200 deductible to bring it to pl hospitality from Zach and Randall. I needed a car in 2017 and my son took me here. The salesman was very pleasant, didn't push, and respected what i was looking for! This made my experience a pleasant one!
