The intake process was very efficient. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I received constant communication throughout the process and was able to look over my cars need from my phone. It was helpful to see what was needed to be done versus hearing over the phone only. Ken let me know my car was ready for pick up a few hours later. Everyone was very professional and helpful throughout my visit yesterday. More

There is a lack of customer service in the “Service DEPT!!” We bought 2 cars in 2 weeks and this is the kind of treatment a customer receives? We are NEVER BUYING FROM CENTENNIAL NISSAN AGAIN!! NEVER!! If you don’t like your job then quit!! Someone would gladly replace you without the attitude and threats. Don’t forget you live in a Customer Service Driven City!! I called them four times regarding a service I had on my car and got no return calls. I bought the car from Planet Nissan no more than a month after purchase and I went back to get it fixed because of a noi car and got no return calls.
