The only thing I would recommend is making sure you review all of the Services be done to the car with the customer. It seemed like they parked my car waited 20 to 30 minutes and then told me it was re review all of the Services be done to the car with the customer. Service Dept and personnel disorganized I have scheduled two separate appointments to find out that my car can not be serviced without a GTR specialist. What is the point of giving my make I have scheduled two separate appointments to find out that my car can not be serviced without a GTR specialist. What is the point of giving my make and model of the car if an appointment can't be made for the specific car. Do the service personnel not know that a GTR specialist has to be notified. Why waste my time going down there if they can't make an appoint with the correct people. This is the second time. Plus they told me it was same day service and when I was dropping off my car they wanted to keep it overnight. I specifically made same day appointment because I needed to use the car. Will recommend all friends and family not to visit this location. Today - Jarred was rude and arrogant. I stood in the service bay for 10 minutes at my appointment time before anyone greeted me and asked why I was there.... I had an appointment.... Do you not read.. More
