Poor customer service. We had to wait outside of the waiting area for 2 hours and 30 minutes, and nobody offered us a chair to sit on, or a bottle of water to drink. Spent. Even with social distancing, staff was friendly an upbeat. The lot Porter was very nice. I didn't get his name but he was there at about 11:30am. Poor service As soon as I walked in they was not friendly. I was on time for my oil change it took over 2 hours to complete. Have Always Been Pleased I was met right away when I pulled into the Service bay. Within a few minutes, I received a text telling me that if I had any questions, to feel free I was met right away when I pulled into the Service bay. Within a few minutes, I received a text telling me that if I had any questions, to feel free to contact Ken. In addition to my oil change, I asked to have a problem checked. When the oil change was almost completed, Ken came out to explain the problem and the cost and wanted to know if I wanted to have it corrected. Although I had an appointment for the service, the time to take care of everything was a little longer than I expected since I was waiting. I appreciated the update midway through the service. As usual, I always appreciate that my car is washed with my service! More
My engine light is still on will have to wait until the shop opens again. Not happy you replaced the exhaust manifold.
